1- and 2-bedroom units have private lanais,  fully-equipped kitchens, and ceiling fans.

Full pre-payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (or by 11/1 for arrivals between 12/15 and 1/3).

Damage deposit of $250 required at check-in.

Children age 17 and under stay free when sharing accommodation and existing bedding with adults.

Extra person: $12 per night.

Deposit less $100 is refundable if you cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival (except for Christmas).
