Above rates are per unit, per night.

A 12.417% hotel tax will be added to the above rates before 6/30/10.
A 13.417% hotel tax will be added to the above rates after 6/30/10.

10% discount for stays longer than 7 nights during low season.
10% discount for stays longer than 14 nights during high season.
15% discount for stays longer than 27 nights (excluding 12/15 - 1/10).

Minimum stay of 3 nights.  Anything less than 3 nights will be assessed an additional cleaning fee.

No additional charge for children under 2.
Rollaway beds and cribs available for an additional fee.

A three-night credit card deposit is required at the time of booking.

Full pre-payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
You must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive full refund minus cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit plus a cancellation fee.

For Christmas bookings, full payment is required 30 days prior to holidays.
Cancellations received after 12/1 for 12/15 - 1/2 bookings will forfeit full payment.
